I. General Provisions

•1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply to the access and use of the website (hereinafter referred to as "this Website") operated by NBTEN LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) and the ordering, trading and related services of clothing products (hereinafter referred to as "Goods") through this Website.

III. Goods Information and Pricing

•3.1 The product images, descriptions, sizes, colors and other information on this Website are for reference only. Due to differences in monitors, lighting during photography and other reasons, there may be slight deviations from the actual product. The Company ensures that the basic characteristics of the Goods are consistent with the descriptions.

•3.2 The prices of Goods displayed on this Website are calculated in Hong Kong Dollars, include applicable taxes (if any), but do not include delivery shipping fees. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, and prices shall be subject to the order confirmation.

•3.3 If price display errors occur due to system errors, supplier price adjustments, etc., the Company has the right to refuse or cancel related orders and fully refund the payments made.

IV. Orders and Payment

•4.1 An order placed by you through this Website constitutes an offer to purchase, and the Company has the right to accept or reject such offer. An order shall be deemed formally established only after the Company issues a confirmation email/SMS.

•4.2 After order confirmation, you may choose payment methods supported by this Website (including credit cards, e-wallets, etc.) to complete payment. The Company will arrange Goods delivery only after full payment has been received.

•4.3 If orders cannot be fulfilled due to payment failure, incorrect information, Goods out of stock, etc., the Company will notify you and process refunds. Refunds will be returned via the original payment path, and the processing period depends on the payment institution.

•4.4 Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it may not be cancelled or changed arbitrarily unless otherwise provided in these Terms or with the Company's consent.

V. Delivery and Delivery

•5.1 The Company provides delivery services within Hong Kong and designated overseas areas, and shipping fees, delivery timeframes and scope are subject to the publication on this Website.

•5.2 The risk of Goods transfers to you upon your receipt of signature; before receipt of signature, the risk of damage or loss of Goods is borne by the Company.

•5.3 If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by you, no one to sign for receipt, or other non-Company reasons, related secondary delivery fees shall be borne by you.

VI. Return and Exchange Policy

•6.1 According to the Hong Kong Sale of Goods Ordinance, if the Goods have quality defects or are seriously inconsistent with the description, you may apply for return or exchange within 7 days after receipt of signature.

•6.2 If you apply for return or exchange due to personal reasons (such as inappropriate size, dissatisfaction with style, change of mind, etc.), the Company may provide return and exchange services within 7 days, subject to the following conditions: Goods must remain brand new, unworn, unwashed, with original labels, packaging and accessories intact; No stains, damage, deformation or any signs of man-made damage; Special price Goods, underwear and other intimate apparel, and Goods marked "No Return or Exchange" are excluded.

•6.3 Return and exchange applications must be submitted through the customer service channel of this Website. After review and confirmation by the Company, you shall return the Goods according to the guidelines.

•6.4 For eligible returns and exchanges, refunds will be returned via the original payment path within 7 working days after the Company receives and inspects the Goods; for exchanges, they will be arranged for shipment after inspection, and related shipping fees shall be borne according to the rules published on this Website.

VII. Intellectual Property Rights

•7.1 All content on this Website, including text, images, designs, videos, trademarks, code, etc., belongs to the Company or relevant rights holders, and is protected by Hong Kong and international intellectual property laws.
